I had an incredible time at Castillo Rojo! The location is perfect, surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and a short walk from parks. The staff truly exceeded my expectations with their attentiveness and warmth. The rooms were elegant and well-furnished, but the only downside was climbing four flights of stairs, which can be a bit tiring. Overall, it's a charming boutique hotel that I would highly recommend.

The breakfast was delightful, and the staff in the breakfast area were very accommodating. However, I was a bit disappointed with the early check-in policy, which required an additional fee, and my room was smaller than expected with some noise from the lounge area.
